If you have paid your registration fee but failed to come, the Organizing Committee will consider the return payment up to 50%.
Instructions for on-line electronic payments (select one of the links below):
2) When you are ready to check out, open your shopping cart and press the "Check out" button.
3) If not registered, please fill in the registration form and press "Continue ordering".
4) Fill in your data. Required fields are marked with "*". Press "Continue".
5) Choose the desired delivery method ( no shipping ). Press "Continue".
6) Now you can see your order. If everything is allright, press "Confirm order".
7) You will get to our bank credit card payment system. Fill in the form and press "Pay". All on-line payments pass through the safe electronic payment system of the Raiffeisen Bank. If you've got any questions please contact us.
1) Go to the EUCASS 2011 payments web-page (www.conferencecenter.ru - EUCASS 2011), press Accomodation and choose the Hotel and the room type.
2) Press “Buy”. You will see the Shipping cart. Check the Hotel name and the room type (single or double).
3) Choose the quantity of nights.
4) Press “Check out”.
5) Follow next steps to finish the payment:
- Fill in the “New users” form to the right of the page – put in your Name, Last name, E-mail and password. Press “Continue ordering”.
- Fill in your personal profile form (your name, organization, location, city, zip code, address, e-mail). All fields checked with “*” are necessary. Press “Continue”.
- Select “No shipping”. Press “Continue”.
- Select credit card payment. Press “Continue”.
- Check your order and press “Confirm order”.
- You will get to the bank payment page: fill in your credit card data and press “Pay”. You will see the payment status. If there are problems with the payment, contact us and we will contact bank to check the reason. If there is any error message it usually means one of the following: you have put in the wrong data, your card has expired, your card is invalid, etc.
Please notice that in Russia all payments are accepted in Roubles. You will be charged about 5% more due to Euro to Roubles convertation and on-line payment bank fees (web-site currency includes all these fees). Before the payment you will see your order price in Roubles, it includes all additional fees of our bank but can not include additional fees for international payment of your bank.
You can check the web-site currency at www.conferencecenter.ru main page. It is about 5% larger than the official rate and includes additional fees for on-line bank payments.
